I was so honored to photograph this beautiful, emotional day for my friend Ron and his bride, Fiona. They chose the romantic Clos LaChance Winery as their venue – a vineyard backdrop that looked even more stunning with dreamy drapery and pastel florals. Highlights of the wedding included the Scottish kilts and bagpiper – an ode to Fiona’s background and a touch that made the day uniquely theirs – and Ron’s tearful reaction when he saw Fiona walk down the aisle. I am a crier but always forget to tuck tissues into my camera bag. Definitely needed them while capturing every touching moment for this sweet couple!
Scottish tradition calls for a lucky horseshoe to be given to the bride as a symbolic gift of luck and fertility. 😉
Fiona’s embellished Bartley heels by Badgley Mischka were among the most gorgeous wedding shoes I have ever seen. (I could have photographed them for hours!)
Both Fiona and Ron adore his little niece, so we made sure to get lots of photos with her!
Someone didn’t get the memo. Hahaha.
Their grand entrance to The Wobble was so fun and adorable! I couldn’t choose just one photo to share…
The night ended with an incredible and passionate crowd sing-along to Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody.
Congratulations again, you two!!
